Purpose
Pyppler helps companies nurture leads with personal WhatsApp, email, posters, reminders, and related tools. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets boundaries so every customer’s workspace stays safe and channels stay trustworthy. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
You may
- Use the product for legitimate business follow-up with people who have a reasonable relationship to your company (enquiries, clients, students, patients’ operational contacts as your industry allows, and similar).
- Invite authorised teammates into your company tenant and configure stages, reminders, and messaging templates.
- Connect messaging integrations you are allowed to use under those providers’ terms (for example personal WhatsApp via a supported connector, or SMTP).
You may not
- Spam or unsolicited blast — send bulk or repeated messages without a lawful basis or reasonable expectation of contact; scrape or buy lists solely for cold spam through Pyppler.
- Harassment or harm — threaten, defraud, discriminate unlawfully, or send content that is illegal under Indian law or the laws that apply to your recipients.
- Impersonation — pretend to be another person, brand, or authority in a way that misleads recipients.
- Malware & phishing — distribute malicious links, credential harvesting pages, or deceptive “login” messages.
- Cross-tenant access — attempt to view, copy, or alter another company’s data, or probe multi-tenant isolation.
- Abuse of infrastructure — overload APIs, bypass rate limits, automate account creation for abuse, or disrupt availability.
- Circumvent security — share seats in a way that violates plan terms, scrape the product, or reverse engineer except where Indian law expressly allows.
- Regulated misuse — use the service for activities that require licences you do not hold, or for content that messaging providers prohibit.
Messaging channel responsibility
Follow-ups sent from your connected WhatsApp or email go out under your identity and configuration. You are responsible for consent, content, frequency, and compliance with WhatsApp, Meta, email provider, and TRAI / applicable telecom rules. Channel bans or delivery failures caused by your sending patterns are your responsibility.
Customer data you upload
Only upload contacts and notes you are entitled to process. Do not store payment card PANs, unnecessary sensitive personal data, or others’ credentials inside free-text fields.
Enforcement
We may investigate reports, request remediation, throttle messaging features, suspend seats, or terminate accounts for material AUP breaches. We may report illegal activity to authorities when required. Related detail appears in our Disclaimer and Terms.
Reporting
If you believe a Pyppler customer is abusing the service, contact info@pyppler.com or use the contact form with evidence (timestamps, samples, company name if known).
