How we think about data in a multi-tenant follow-up workspace.
Last updated: July 2026
Pyppler (“we”, “us”) operates the marketing website at pyppler.com and the multi-tenant application at app.pyppler.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how customers control company data inside their workspace.
Contacts, business leads, clients, pipeline content, events, reminders, messaging configuration, and similar records belong to the customer company. That data is intended only for authorised users of that company. We process it to provide the service you subscribed to (hosting, backups, delivery integrations you enable, and support when requested).
To run accounts we collect information such as name, login identifier (mobile and/or email), company details, plan selection, and payment-related records processed through configured payment gateways. Passwords are stored hashed; we do not ask for your payment card details to be emailed to us.
When you use the contact / demo form, we store your name, company, mobile, email, use case, message, and technical metadata such as IP address and time for spam prevention and follow-up. Enquiries may be emailed to our team and reviewed in our internal Demo Inquiries tools.
If you connect WhatsApp (for example via Kwital) or SMTP email, message delivery depends on those providers and your configuration. Content you choose to send is processed to deliver the message you initiated.
See our Cookie Policy for essential session cookies on the admin app and preference storage on the marketing site.
We retain account and billing records for as long as the company subscription is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. Demo form submissions are kept to handle sales follow-up and abuse prevention. Customer-managed people and lead data is retained while the company account remains active unless the customer deletes it.
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a multi-tenant SaaS product (including transport encryption on public endpoints, access controls, and company-scoped data separation). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. For a customer-facing processing and security summary (including DPA topics), see Data Processing & Security.
