What Pyppler does and does not promise — and how liability is limited under Indian law where permitted.
Last updated: July 2026
Pyppler provides software that helps teams follow up with leads using tools such as personal WhatsApp connections, email, posters, reminders, and pipeline stages. Results depend on your team’s process, message quality, recipient willingness, and third-party networks. We do not guarantee a specific number of conversions, revenue, or reply rates.
Content on pyppler.com (including blog posts, examples, and use-case pages) is for general information. It is not legal, medical, real-estate, education-regulatory, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for complying with laws and industry rules that apply to your business and messaging.
The marketing site and app.pyppler.com are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for reliable uptime and careful engineering, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, or messaging provider version.
WhatsApp delivery, SMTP email, hosting, and payment gateways are operated by third parties. Outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or rate limits on those services may affect Pyppler features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused solely by those providers’ acts or omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law:
You agree to defend and hold Pyppler harmless from claims arising from your content, your messaging, your violation of law or this disclaimer, or your breach of the Terms of Service, except to the extent caused by our proven wilful misconduct.
These terms are intended for customers contracting with Pyppler for SaaS access. Disputes are handled under the dispute and governing-law provisions in the Terms of Service. If a court finds part of this page unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
